Welcome to Summer, operated by Arc Edge ApS (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By using our website or application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully.

Who Can Use Summer

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use Summer. By signing up, you confirm that you’re legally allowed to enter into a contract.

What We Do

Summer lets you buy credits and use them to make calls to international phone numbers.

Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security.
• Don’t share your account with others.
• You agree not to use Summer for any illegal or harmful activity.

Payments and Credits

• You can buy credits using your debit/credit card (safely handled via Stripe).
• Credits are non-refundable, even if unused. We do offer a money-back guarantee though: If you are not happy with the service, we offer a full refund for your first payment within the first 30 days. Just send us a chat or an email, and we’ll help you out.email, and we’ll help you out.
• If your credits remain unused for 12 months, we reserve the right to expire (waive) them without compensation. We will notify you at least 1 month before your credits expire. You can prevent your credits from expiring by making a single 1 second call.
• Additional per-call charges may apply if your account is subject to a surcharge under our Fair Use Policy.
• We may change prices or offer promotions, but we’ll try to notify you in advance.

What You Can’t Do

You must not use Summer to:

• Call emergency services (e.g. 911)
• Call premium-rate, toll, or shared-cost numbers
• Break the law, harass others, or spam people
• Interfere with or disrupt our service
• Use Summer in a way that violates our Fair Use Policy

Call Data

We do not record calls or listen in.

We only store metadata like:

• The number you called
• Time and duration of the call

This helps us provide the service, ensure fair usage, and support billing.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using Summer anytime. If you break these terms or misuse the service, we may suspend or close your account without refund.

Changes to the Service

We’re always improving Summer. We may update the features or these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email.

No Warranty, Limited Liability, and Indemnity

Summer is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will always work, be error-free, or meet your specific needs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arc Edge ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or missed calls.

By using Summer, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arc Edge ApS from any claims, losses, or damages that result from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
